Digital Marketing Executive

ST Hub Limited is a growing coaching company which helps African experts to launch an online course and turn that online course into a profitable business.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can generate leads for all our products.

Job Description:

This will include but not limited to:

  • Running Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads
  • Creating content for Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Pinterest
  • Working with the CEO to execute marketing strategies
  • Secure partnerships with influencers and communities
  • Pitching
  • Creating SEO blog posts
  • Repurposing content
  • Scheduling marketing emails
  • Leading offline marketing activities
  • Creating evergreen campaigns
  • Managing community 
  • Performing any other duty assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads, creating content, and managing communities would be highly valuable.
  • Strong creativity and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning new skills
  • Excellent English writing skills 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
  • Social media savvy and being up to date on current trends
  • Able to deliver on metrics-driven results 
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a major plus

Business Development Executive

ST Hub Limited is a growing coaching company which helps African experts to launch an online course and turn that online course into a profitable business.

We’re looking for a business development manager who will be responsible for generating new partnerships.

We’re looking for a driven individual with a track record of results in securing partnerships that lead to revenue growth

 

Your job description will include but is not limited to:

  • Prospecting for new partners
  • Pitching our offer
  • Meeting with strategic partners 
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with our partners
  • Onboarding partners 
  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities and market shifts. 
  • Performing any other duty assigned by management from time to time.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience with getting new partnerships and closing deals
  • Be driven to win and close deals every day
  • Organized, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques
  • A self starter, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in on-boarding clients 
  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
