What to do when things go wrong

Let’s talk about disappointments today.

I don’t think there’s any way to avoid getting disappointed in business.

What matters is how we deal with it.

In today’s video lesson, I share five things you can do when things go wrong.

I’ll like to hear from you, in the comments section below, tell us about how else you deal with disappointments and also let me know if this video helped you.

One of the things I learnt after getting disappointed several times is how to use Facebook Ads to find the people who could afford my products.

I put together 5 of my best kept Facebook Ads Secrets. If you’ll like to get it, you can enter your details below so that I can send it to you.

Thanks Stephanie! I got very disappointing news this morning and I just googled how to get over disappointment a few minutes ago. Opening my email to find this encouraged me and made me realise God is mindful of me. Thanks again!

    Hi Steph!

Thank you so much for obeying your convictions to share this. I really needed it. I’m managing a design project where the contractor has disappointed a lot and the client is so angry, and yet there’s more bad news. I’ve been feeling like I failed bad!

Your video cheered me up and I went on to write the things I’m grateful for, reviewed what went wrong with the project timelines and what I will do better next time. I have said out loud that I forgive myself and the contractor.

One question, what do I say to a very angry and disappointed client? How do I manage this situation?

Thank you so much again Steph, this video was healing balm to my mind! God bless you!!

Really happy to hear this and I’m sorry about your disappointed client. I’ll suggest that you can apologise to the client and come up with a way to fix what has gone bad, even if it means that you won’t make any money from the job.

I choose to forgive myself from today.

I found this video truly helpful. Started a WhatsApp class, got about 5 students but along the line, the 5 berely replied messages and it was like I was alone in the class…well, i’ve learnt and ready to TRY AGAIN. Thanks Steph.
